Lisa Hickson has more than 25 years experience in Strategic Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience Design. She leverages a set of frameworks and methodologies developed from working in leading consulting firms (principally Bain & Company) and also as General Manager-Marketing for a range of leading brands including the Sydney Olympic Organising Committee (SOCOG), Microsoft, Virgin (Money), Network Ten and REA Group (realestate.com.au). Lisa has assisted clients in uncovering consumer insights and defining strategic business drivers and has guided them through the process of implementing innovative marketing, digital and customer engagement strategies. Lisa has led many marketing diagnostic and change management programs for large clients. She has the ability to review, assess and improve marketing operations of all types and sizes.

- Customer journey mapping and experience design, including the management of the downstream projects to align digital/offline channels, content and communication strategies.
